Public Group active 5 months, 2 weeks agoWe all have those uh-oh moments with our kids. Canada Goose Men and Women Down Jackets Black CG90005 You know the kind where your child gets into a bottle of nail polish and dumps it all over the carpet or dumps your entire bottle of favorite perfume? I’ve come to learn as a mom that I can’t get high strung and upset in those moments. Moncler Chamonix Down Jacket in Black MC14017 Sure, I want my child to understand that they can’t get into things that they aren’t supposed to, but I also know that making a huge deal out of it isn’t going to make it better. This last weekend, Moncler Rentilly Down Jacket in Light Brown MC10071 we were visiting my in-laws and my parents. Right before we were supposed to leave, I found my 3 year old swimming in a pile of cards. He had dumped a couple of games, and there were thousands of cards. Of course he had to help clean up, Moncler Bulgarie Down Jacket in Black MC14014 and I told him why he couldn’t do that. Looking at this uh-oh moment, I was grateful. Grateful that I can take a step back and laugh. Grateful that I have two little boys that can make messes. And then I was reminded of this: Looking back on this video, Canada Goose Womens Trillium Parka Down Jackets Winter Outlet Sand CG50003 it was close to 4 years ago. We were packing to move out of an apartment, and I left a Sharpie in plain sight of a two year old. What commenced was some coloring, followed by lots of Uh-ohms from his little two year old lips, and a lot of scrubbing with a magic eraser. Looking back on that moment, I’m glad I grabbed the camera. I’m glad that I showed him consequences to his actions, Moncler Womens Gaelle Fully Lined Vest in Navy MC40006 but that I was able to do it in a loving way. We all have uh-ohms in our lives whether big or small. The fact of the matter is, Moncler Womens K2 Vest in Wheat MC40012 will you blow things out of proportion, or will you step back and chuckle at your mistakes when it’s all said and done?
